Hotel Description
Three unique buildings beautifully situated on over 85 acres of meticulously kept grounds, gardens, forest and alpine meadows.
Tastefully decorated room with queen size bed and reading area. The features include European Down Duvets, terrycloth bathrobes, TV, CD/cassette player, air-conditioning, mini bar, in-room telephone with internet ports, voice mail. All rooms/suites are non-smoking.
The Aerie dining room chefs prepare each dish with passion, while creating food that is unobtrusive, fresh and delicious, influenced by classic French technique yet inspired by Pacific Northwest flavours.
The Aerie is situated in the southernmost portion of Vancouver Island which is roughly the size of Holland. The island stretches along the western coast of British Columbia and is blessed with natural beauty, mild climate and friendly people. The Resort rests 1500 feet above the ocean with incredible views of Greater Victoria, The Saanich Inlet, San Juan Islands and Washington State.
The Aaire boasts an indoor swimming pool, tennis court and an in-house spa. The Aerie is considered to be the gateway to the Cowichan Valley which is thought to be the next ‘Provence.” (0906/CH)
