Self-catering apartment Description
Built in 1986 and renovated in 2006, this 3-storey complex has a total of 68 apartments (64 one-room apartments and 4 two-room apartments). The foyer features a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange and luggage storage. The complex additionally includes a poolside bar, a bar, a games room, a restaurant, Internet access (for an additional fee), excursion organiser, bike rental and car rental. Younger guests are offered a kids club during the school holidays. Parking places are available on the street for those arriving by car.
The apartments have an en suite bathroom, direct dial telephone, satellite TV (fees apply), a hire safe, a kitchenette with a fridge and an oven, a hire safe, as seating area as well as a balcony or terrace.
The complex features a swimming pool (heated in the winter) for adults and children, sun loungers and parasols. In addition, it is possible to enjoy the spa offerings, go diving, cycling or mountain biking or play table tennis or snooker (for an additional fee). An entertainment programme for guests of all ages is offered as added amusement. The nearest golf course is around 16 km away.
This complex is quietly situated in the centre of Puerto del Carmen. Numerous shopping venues, restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as local public transport networks are all located in the hotel's vicinity. The nearest beach is 400 m from the hotel.
