Self-catering apartment Description
This hotel was completely renovated in 2002 and comprises a total of 100 apartments and 12 studios set over two floors. Facilities on offer include a spacious foyer, a hotel safe, a currency exchange counter, a public Internet terminal, and a 24-hour reception. The hotel also features a café, a small supermarket, a range of shops, a cosy bar with an outdoor terrace, a nightclub, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with separate non-smoking area, and an à la carte Thai restaurant. Additionally, room and laundry services as well as medical assistance are offered to guests. The complex also features a bicycle storage room and a play area where younger guests may let off steam.
The tastefully appointed studios and apartments all come with an combined living room/ bedroom and a spacious en suite bathroom. A direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette with a small fridge, a hire safe, and a balcony or terrace are also all provided as standard. Apartments additionally feature one or two separate bedrooms.
In the grounds there are two swimming pools with integrated children's pools and a poolside snack bar as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols (for an additional fee). Guests may also relax in the indoor pool, sauna, or solarium. Further leisure activities come in the form of cycling and mountain biking, billiards (charges apply), and miniature golf. This pleasant apartment complex is located in the holiday area of Playo de Fornells, directly on the beautiful sandy beach. The town centre and the fishing village of Fornells lie roughly 3 km away, and restaurants, bars and the nearest public transport stop are to be found in the immediate vicinity. Menorca airport is roughly 35 km away.
