Self-catering apartment Description
Lying on a lively street, this complex comprises 4 floors with a total of 42 accommodation units. Facilities include a wonderful pool and garden complex, a foyer, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom and a 24-hour reception desk. There is also a cosy bar and a café, medical assistance, parking facilities and a bicycle storage facility are available for use.
Each of the tasteful apartments comes with a bathroom, a combined bedroom/ lounge area, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette, a minibar/ fridge, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace.
In the outdoor complex is a freshwater swimming pool with a children's pool, a snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. It is possible to play tennis or billiards/ snooker on payment of an additional fee and the nearest golf course is approximately 3 km from the complex.
This attractive apartment complex is quietly located just 300 m from the beautiful sandy beach of Sa Comas. The centre with its countless shopping and entertainment venues can easily be reached on foot and it is worth paying a visit to the town of Cala Millor that lies some 4 km away and that can easily be reached by making use of public bus service that departs from a stop located just 250 m from the complex. The airport is about 70 km away.
