The hotel is located in a fine position on Blackpool's exclusive North Promenade, only a short walk away from the North Pier, shops and town centre. Equally, the many attractions of the pleasure beach are within close vicinity or a 10 minute walk.

Although it is not officially graded as a 3 star hotel by AA externally, Blackpool Tourism have graded the hotel as a Gold Host, and overall it is most friendly and welcoming: you will not be disappointed by the standard or service here.
