Self-catering apartment Description
Built in 1992 and renovated in 2004, the complex comprises a total of 176 apartments as well as a 3,000 m² garden. Amongst the hotel facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, hotel safe and a currency exchange desk. There is also a bar, a kiosk, a supermarket, a nightclub, a games room and an à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and children's highchairs available. In addition, the hotel offers guests a bicycle rental service, public Internet terminal, a kids' club and children's playground. Laundry services as well as medical assistance, round off the hotel's amenities on offer.
The apartments are comfortably furnished and fitted with a combined living room/bedroom, an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a kitchenette, a fridge, a separate bedroom, a hire safe and a terrace or a balcony.
Guests may take advantage of the freshwater pool, the snack bar, sun loungers and sunshades on offer. The hotel offers opportunities to participate in aerobics sessions, aqua aerobics sessions, archery, a game of table tennis, beach volleyball, tennis, bocce, snooker, minigolf (some of which incur an additional fee). The hotel also offers an entertainment programme to ensure that guests never experience a dull moment. The nearest golf course is about 2.5 kilometres from the hotel.
The apartment hotel is ideally situated in the tourist area of Costa Teguise and only 250 m away from the beach. There are several shopping venues located in the area surrounding the complex as well as nightclubs, bars and restaurants. The public transport network is easily reached on foot.
Guests may choose their breakfast, lunch or dinner from individual buffets. At lunch and at dinner there is also an à la carte option. In addition, the hotel caters for guests with special dietary requirements. Guests may also book all-inclusive stays.
