Villa Description
Built in 1999, this apartment complex with its terraced houses (most of which have 2 floors) offers guests a small reception office and a snack bar in the Club Torre Vella that lies some 300 m away. The complex has a playground as well as a car park.
The complex offers apartments accommodating 2/4 persons with dining/living room with a double sofa-bed, 1 double room, en suite bathroom, kitchenette and terrace. The apartments for 6/8 persons are similar but include an additional two rooms, one with a double bed and another with bunks. These also feature a washing machine. All apartments include a T.V.
The complex has a circular swimming pool with children's basin (open roughly from mid-April until mid-October).
The apartments lie on a hillside surrounded by pine trees approximately 3.5 km from Estarit and about 4 km from the nearest beach. The airport is just 60 km from the complex.
The price includes water, gas and electricity, check-in and check-out cleanliness. It does not include the general clothes.
