Hotel Description
For guests arriving by vehicle, this terraced villa complex features 1 parking space per villa and a private garden to unwind in.
The villas feature 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor, and on the first floor guests will find a fully-equipped kitchen (with a washing machine, stove and microwave), a bathroom with a shower and a dining room with a double sofa bed and TV. All of the villas are equipped with individually regulated air conditioning units.
There is a communal swimming pool for guests to enjoy.
This villa complex is situated approximately 400 metres from Tres Playas, and within 1 km of the beaches Playa de Moro and Playa Romana. The centre of Alcossebre is 2.5 km away, and guests will find a range of restaurants and a supermarket just 1 km from the accommodation.
Keys must be collected at the Lloguers Altamar office in Avda. Valencia n. 4. Tel: 964 157 272. Check-in is from 5 pm to 8 pm. In case of arrival outside of these hours, please advise the key collection office a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Cleaning on arrival. Doesn't include cleaning upon exit. Weekly sheet change, not including towels and bathrobes. A deposit is required.
