The rooms are basic and are medium in size and simply decorated. All rooms have en-suite facilities, are centrally heated and have a telephone, TV, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms have not been wholly renovated for some time and are tired in some areas and in need of refurbishment although all the rooms are clean.
Dining Facilities
There is no restaurant as such but the breakfast room is decorated in reds and greens and serves a hearty breakfast.

This is a modern low rise building with a large car park to the rear.
General
This is a basic economy hotel located suitably close to Luton Airport and the city centre. Some parts of the property could do with renovation but it is clean and offers a good breakfast. (01/05PH).
