Hotel Description
The complex was built in 1999, completely renovated in 2004 and comprises a total of 78 apartments spread over 7 floors. Facilities on the complex include a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a currency exchange facility. The apartment hotel also offers 2 lifts, a small supermarket, a bar, a public Internet terminal, laundry services and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area and high-chairs for children.
The tastefully decorated apartments come fitted with a combined living/ bedroom, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette with fridge, a balcony/ terrace, a direct dial telephone, a radio, an individually controllable air conditioning, a safe deposit box and a satellite TV (both with an extra charge).
A swimming pool is to be found in the outdoor complex as is a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols as well as a pool/ snack bar with a partly roofed terrace and a separate nudist sun terrace. And, for and additional fee, a Jacuzzi, sauna, gym and massage service. Fitness enthusiasts may take advantage of the billiards table (extra charges apply).
Lying in the tourist centre of Puerto de Santiago, this apartment complex is about 1 km from the town centre where there are an abundance of shopping and entertainment venues on offer to guests. The nearest beach is about 200 m from the apartment hotel. The stop for public transport is to be found a mere 50 metres away.
Guests may select their breakfast, lunch and evening meal from varied buffets.
