Self-catering apartment Description
Is a welcoming complex with a total of 80 apartments. It offers a lobby with 24-hours reception, safe (with charge), currency exchange service, cloakroom, bicycle hire and storage, and a conference room with Internet access. Additional amenities include a cosy bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with separate non-smoking area. Medical assistance is also on offer for should it be necessary.
All of the apartments are tastefully furnished and come fitted with a bathroom, hairdryer, combined living/bedroom and separate bedroom. Moreover, each has satellite/cable TV, radio, direct dial telephone, Internet connection, kitchenette, fridge, hire safe and balcony or terrace. There is air conditioning/heater with extra charge.
The complex has an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols and a pool bar. The complex also offers the opportunity to play billiards. The nearest golf course is 20 km away.
The apartment complex is centrally situated on a hillside overlooking the sea. The nearest sandy beach of Puerto del Carmen is about 250 m away. The old centre including the harbour and plenty of shopping and entertainment venues lies just a few minutes walk away. Links to the public transport network are to found just 150 m away.
At lunchtime and in the evenings, guests may select dishes from an à la carte menu.
