Built in 1989, this hotel was completely renovated in 2003 and offers a total of 71 apartments over 2 floors. Various facilities are available to guests including an elegant foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a café, a newspaper stand and a 1,100 m² garden. Additional facilities include a bar, a pub, a TV room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for children. Moreover, the hotel offers a conference room, a public Internet terminal and a bicycle storage facility as well as bicycle hire. Younger guests may let off steam in the kids' club on offer. Car parking facilities are available for those arriving by car. Laundry services are available as well as medical assistance to round off the services on offer.
The comfortable apartments include an en suite bathroom, a separate lounge and bedroom, 2 bedrooms, direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, an American kitchen with a microwave, toaster, coffee/tea maker, a fridge, air conditioning, central heating, a hire safe and a balcony or a terrace. A final cleaning service is on offer as well as a change of hand towels every three days.
Guests are offered use of the pool, snack bar, sun loungers, parasols and a solarium. The hotel offers sport enthusiasts table tennis, volleyball and snooker (for an additional fee). On the beach, guests are offered a wide range of water sport facilities.
This apartment hotel is situated in the tourist centre of Alcudia. The kilometre-long sandy beach (situated 400 metres away) is easily reached by crossing the main road in front of the hotel. Less than 2 km away guests will reach a variety of shopping venues, bars, pubs, nightclubs and links to the public transport network.
A fine buffet is on offer at breakfast and in the evenings. Lunch and dinner may be ordered à la carte or from the set menu.
