Hotel Description
The hotel stands out on the top of a gentle hill, housed in a traditional building with a shape similar to a star, balconies are all around as well as gardens. This is a residential and quiet area.
The hotel provides 64 spacious bedrooms and 6 junior suites. Most of them offer sea views and are fully equipped with every facility such as internet connection, direct phone, satellite TV, room and laundry service. They are all furnished and decorated in soft brown warm colours or soft pastel colours and wooden floors creating a comfortable atmosphere. Bathrooms come fully equipped with hair dryer and magnifying mirror. They are all tiled.
The restaurant offers good value for money. Very well ellaborated regional and international dishes accompanied by good wines are highly recommend, service is also very good. During summer, lunch and dinner can be taken outside in a very nice garden. From the cafeteria where buffet breakfast is served every morning splendid views over the sea can be enjoyed.
This magnificent hotel is found just opposite the well known Sardinero beach in Santander, just a few steps away from the beautiful Casino and the magnificent Magdalena palace where Spanish Royalty used to stay when visiting this city and where international courses are held during summer months. It is also close to restaurants and shops. The airport is about ten minutes by taxi.
This hotel is very convenient due to its location (a few metres from the beach) quality of service and value for money. It is a renovated property with all facilities including car park, meeting rooms and mini golf. 08/07MP
