Built between 2006 and 2007 in a quiet residential area, the complex offers a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere surrounded by lawns kept up by the town council of El Vergel. It offers splendid views to Sierra de Segária. It comprises a total of 30 accommodation units, in Residencial Paradise, Entre Olas and Agua Blanca. There is a reception desk open from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm. It also offers a car park and garage (subject to availability).

Situated in El Vergel, only 400m from Les Deveses sandy beach, and 10km from Denia where guests will find a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops.

The resort has an outdoor swimming pool for adults, as well as a children's paddling area, a playground and a paddle course, all surrounded by well-kept gardens. Around 10 km away there is a golf course, Oliva Nova, and 8 km away is La Sella golf course and the Sierra de Montgó Nature Reserve. Les Deveses beach is recommended to practice Windsurf and Kite-surf, due to the favourable winds suitable for the practice of those sports. Also, the beach is flat, with warm waters and not too deep, ideal for children.
