Newly opened in the year 2001, this apartment hotel comprises a total of 211 accommodation options, spread over a 3-storey main building and a 4-storey annexe block. Facilities on offer include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange desk and a lift. There is also a bar, a café and an air-conditioned restaurant (with highchairs for children) available for use. Guests may take advantage of the medical services and the bicycle hire facility. Younger guests are able to take advantage of the children's playground and kids' club.
Designed in a Mediterranean style, the tastefully decorated apartments and studios each come with a combined living/ bedroom, a bathroom, a hairdryer, a kitchenette with a fridge and as well as a balcony or terrace. Further fittings include a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, centrally controlled air conditioning, heating and a hire safe. Each of the apartments additionally offers a separate bedroom.
In the vast outdoor complex are a swimming pool, a separate children's paddling area, a poolside snack bar, a poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with loungers and parasols. For an additional fee guests may enjoy a professional massage and the various spa options. Guests are invited to make use of the well-equipped gym as well as the sauna area that includes a Jacuzzi. The tourist centre with its variety of shopping and entertainment venues lies about 100 m from the hotel. There is a stop for public transport just in front of the hotel. Transfer to Palma Airport takes about 75 minutes (65 km away).
