Renovated in 2005, this complex comprises a total of 45 studios spread over 5 floors. The building also includes a 24hs reception with 2 lifts. A bar and a TV room as well as a restaurant are all to be found within the hotel for guests to use.
The stylish studios offer an en suite bathroom, direct dial telephone, satellite TV (for an extra fee), a kitchenette with a fridge, a furnished balcony and a hire safe.
The hotel also offers a freshwater pool, a sun terrace sun loungers and parasols. The nearest golf course is located 1 km away.
The fabulous complex is quietly situated in the El Botánico quarter, in the La Paz district. The centre and seawater swimming pool can be reached in about ten minutes by taking a beautifully laid-out footpath (about 1.5 km away). An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located in the immediate vicinity. The hotel is well situated for access to the public transport network with stops located directly in front of the hotel. The nearest beach is about 1.8 km away.
