Location
This apartment complex is situated on the beachfront of San Agustin, only 50m from the beach and 500m from the shopping centre, with diverse restaurants and bars with terrace. The public transport stop is some 300m away and the Playa del Ingles centre is 3km away.
Sport
Pedaloes, motor boating and windsurfing are all available on the beach. The nearby shopping centre features a gymnastics studio and a bowling alley. Furthermore, various sporting facilities such as miniature golf, volleyball and bocce courts as well as a playground are all to be found nearby.
