Self-catering apartment Description
This apartment complex was built in 2004 and consists of a total of 168 apartments. The complex offers a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, a lift and a supermarket. Additional facilities include a bar, a pub, a TV room and a restaurant with a non-smoking area (highchairs available on request). Bicycle rental (additional fees apply) and a public Internet terminal also feature within the complex facilities. For younger guests there is a children's club available. Medical assistance completes the services on offer at this hotel.
The welcoming, modern bungalows are composed of an en suite bathroom, an integrated living room/bedroom (large enough for 1 further person), a separate bedroom, a telephone, satellite TV, a kitchenette with a microwave, a dining area, a fridge, a hire safe and a terrace or balcony. The maximum occupancy in the rooms is 3 adults.
Guests may take advantage of the 2 freshwater swimming pools and a children's paddling area which are heated in Winter, a poolside snack bar, sun loungers and sunshades. Sports enthusiasts are offered table tennis and billiards tables (for an added fee). The nearest diving school is approximately 100 m away on the beach. There is also a seasonal entertainment programme offering shows or live music once a week. The nearest 18-hole golf course lies some 20 km away.
This apartment complex is centrally situated in the tourist resort of Puerto del Carmen only 10 minutes away from the beach. It is located in a welcoming and peaceful neighbourhood close to the lively centre. There are several shopping areas surrounding the hotel where guests may explore the different shops, boutiques, bars, and restaurants as well as links to the public transport network.
