The complex offers a main building with a bright lobby, which includes a 24-hour reception with a safe and a currency exchange desk. Additional facilities include a small supermarket, a bar, a tavern, an auditorium, a games room, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area (highchairs available on request). In addition, the apartment complex offers an Internet terminal. A car park is available for guests' use and bicycles may be stored in the bicycle cellar.
