Self-catering apartment Description
Built in 2004, the complex comprises a total of 48 apartments spread over 3 floors. The facilities on offer include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, a lift and a café. In addition, there is a small supermarket and a restaurant available to guests. The complex also offers room and laundry service as well as Internet access and bicycle rental. Furthermore, there is a well-tended garden to unwind in. A van is available to take guests to the beach.
The modern apartments are furnished with a large living room, a bedroom, an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV (additional charges apply), a kitchenette with a fridge, air conditioning, a hire safe and a furnished balcony with a view of the sea. A final cleaning service is on offer.
Guests may take advantage of the freshwater swimming pool, children's pool, snack bar, sun loungers and parasols that have been laid out ready for use as well as the various spa therapies (centre lies 300 m away). Sport enthusiasts may enjoy a game of billiards or tennis (in the nearby La Palma Jardín) and hire bikes. Leisure options include jet skiing, windsurfing, canoeing and horse riding, all of which are available from local providers on payment of extra charges. A seasonal entertainment programme for adults rounds off the hotel's offerings. Guests will find the Costa Teguise Golf Club as well as the Santa Barabara Tennis and Paddle club nearby.
This attractive apartment complex is only 2 km from the centre of town and is located right in the tourist area. There are shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs as well as public transport nearby. Just a few minutes from the complex, guests will find the beach (1.5 km), further entertainment venues as well as the pretty town of Costa Teguise. The beautiful sandy beach of Las Cucharas lies around 2 km away, the lava beach of Playa Bastian is only a short drive away, about 15 minutes. The airport is a 45-minute drive away from the complex.
Breakfast is available to guests each morning. Lunch may be taken à la carte.
