Self-catering apartment Description
This apartment complex is spread between 1 and 2 floor accommodation blocks, with altogether 72 apartments. The complex offers a lobby with reception (time table 9a.m.-9p.m.), a bar, a lounge area and a grill restaurant/ pizzeria. Children's club next to their pool.
The functional apartments include a bathroom/WC, one sleeping room, 2 sofa beds in the living area, satellite TV, a kitchenette, a fridge, microwave, a rent safe y balcony/terrace and air condition.
There is a swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The sports zone is in ca. 600m distance (tennis, paddel, bicycles hire, sauna, gym, chess and more). Guests of Las Palmeras can be enjoy of the day & night animation at the San Luis Hotel and the Spa area of the Hotel S'Algar (suplement). Free use of the mini train which is running trough the resort in the evenings (7.p.m - 10 p.m).
This apartment is located at the highest point of S'Algar, directly neighbouring the wildlife conservation area of Cala Rafalet. A bus stop is situated just leaving the main building and the nearest beach is around 2km away. In the center of S'Algar, there are many bars and restaurants as well as diverse shopping facilities.

From the airport (20min), follow indications to Mahón, the San Luís, Punta Prima and Alcaufar. After leaving San Luis, the way is exactly indicated and you will arrive in ca. 5 min.
