Los Cristianos appeals to the slightly older generation as well as to families with young children. The main area of the resort is the beautiful pedestrianised zone on the harbour front, lined with bars and restaurants; it’s not un-common to see the locals meandering around here with their families. For those that like to walk, the main promenade will allow you to stroll along to the two neighbouring resorts of Playa de las Americas and Costa Adeje. All three resorts are only a short taxi ride from Tenerife south airport taking approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
