The complex has a 150 m˛ garden area as well as 3 storeys with a total of 24 apartments. The hotel's facilities include a pleasant lobby with a 24-hour reception, lifts, supermarket, roof terrace, TV room, bar and a parking garage (fee).
Featuring a style typical for the island, the apartments are fitted with bathroom, direct dial telephone, satellite TV (for an additional charge), separate bedroom with twin beds, kitchenette, coffee-maker, fridge, toaster, hire safe and balcony.
The complex features a pool with a sun terrace, a pool bar, sun loungers, parasols and cushions. There is a golf course roughly 19 km away.
