Self-catering apartment Description
The apartment complex has a total of 157 rooms spread over 7 floors including 24 suites and 133 apartments/ studios. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, a safe, a sitting area, a currency exchange desk, lifts, a supermarket, a TV room, a car park and a garage. Dining options include a bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants. Furthermore, there is a public Internet terminal and room and a laundry service.
The welcoming apartments/studios come with a bathroom, a combined living and sleeping room, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV (on request and for an additional fee) and a separate bedroom (in the apartments only). Each also has a kitchenette, a fridge, a microwave, a hire safe (on request) and a balcony or terrace. Cleaning takes place upon guests' departure.
Guests can take advantage of the heated swimming pool, a pool/snack bar as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers, and for a fee, parasols and cushions. The nearest golf course is 5 km away.
Lying along a main road, this apartment complex is situated directly in the tourist centre of Playa de las Americas.
