Self-catering apartment Description
This complex comprises a total of 108 rooms of which 99 are studios/ apartments spread over 2 buildings each of which has 9 floors. Guests have access to a vast 400 mē pool and garden complex, a spacious foyer with lifts, hire safes, a currency exchange facility and a 24-hour reception desk. There is also a small supermarket and a cosy bar to be taken advantage of and room service as well as medical assistance are on offer.
Each of the tasteful studios comes with a combined bedroom/ lounge area, a bathroom, a kitchenette, a fridge and a balcony or a terrace. The apartments are similarly equipped and come with a separate bedroom.
In the outdoor complex are a swimming pool and a snack bar as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The nearest golf course is approximately 5 km from the complex.
This attractive apartment complex is located at the heart of the tourist centre of Magalluf just 200 m from the nearest beautiful sandy beach. A selection of shopping and entertainment venues are to be found in the vicinity, as is the largest nightclub in Europe, the BCM. Well worth a visit are the towns of Palma Nova and Torrenova as well as the island's capital of Palma is just 20 minutes away. There is a stop for the public bus service to be found just in front of the complex and Palma de Mallorca airport is about 22 km away and can be reached in just 30 minutes.
