Guests have access to a wonderful garden terrace and facilities include a stylish foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a lift, a safe and a currency exchange facility in addition to a fabulous range of gastronomic offerings including a café, a bar and an air-conditioned restaurant. During the summer months further facilities include a newspaper stand and an in-house nightclub. Business guests may also take advantage of the conference facilities. A laundry service, medical assistance and bicycle hire and storage services are available (fees apply) and younger guests may let off steam in the playground as well as participate in kids' club activities in the peak season. Those arriving by car may make use of the onsite car park.

A selection of restaurants, lively bars and nightclubs are to be found just a short distance away and the centre of Arborea with its many shopping and entertainment venues as well as links to the public transport network are about 4 km from the hotel and may easily be reached on foot in just 30 minutes. Transfer to Cagliari airport, which lies approximately 90 km away, takes roughly 50 minutes and Alghero and Olbia airports are 130 km and 180 km from the hotel respectively.
