Self-catering apartment Description
This fully air-conditioned hotel was completely renovated in 2001. It comprises several buildings (1 or 2 storeys) and a total of 148 apartments. Guests may make use of the spacious foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a public Internet terminal, a currency exchange desk and the 2,000 m² pool and garden complex. There is also a cosy bar, a café, a small supermarket and an air-conditioned restaurant (highchairs available for children) to be found within the hotel. Room and laundry services as well as medical assistance are also on offer. Guests arriving by car may make use of parking facilities offered here.
The stylish apartments come with a combined living/ bedroom, a separate bedroom, a spacious bathroom, cable/ satellite TV, air conditioning, heating, a kitchenette, a hire safe, a minibar/ fridge, a telephone and a balcony or terrace.
In the outdoor complex are 3 swimming pools with separate children's pools, a snack bar as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Table tennis, tennis, miniature golf and billiards/ snooker are also on offer. There is an entertainment programme for both children and adults to provide some variation. The nearest golf course can be found approximately 45 km away.
This appealing apartment hotel is centrally situated about 300 m from the lively centre of Cala'n Forcat and its many shops and entertainment venues. A beautiful sand beach is only 400m away. A trip to Ciutadella is a worthwhile experience (only 3 km away) and can easily be reached by making use of public transport, which departs from a bus stop located about 300 m from the hotel. The island capital of Mahón and the international airport are some 45 km away and may be reached in approximately 1 hour.
Breakfast may be selected from a buffet service. Lunch and dinner may be selected from the à la carte menu.

In the apartments water, gas and electricity are included. Pets are not permitted. Room cleaning and towel changing is three times a week and sheet changing twice a week.
