This apartment complex comprises 4 floors with a total of 74 apartments and 62 studios. Facilities include a foyer with a reception desk, a lift , a bar, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant within the complex. Furthermore, laundry and bicycle hire are on offer and children may let off steam in the playground.
The welcoming apartments and studios come with an en suite bathroom, a combined lounge/ bedroom, a fan, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a small kitchenette, a minibar/ fridge, air conditioning, central heating and a balcony or terrace. The apartments have an additional bedroom.
In the outdoor complex is a swimming pool with a children's pool, a poolside snack bar and sun loungers and parasols that have been laid out ready for use. Leisure options include table tennis, water ball, air rifle shooting, and beach volleyball. There is also an entertainment programme with evening shows, occasional dance nights and live music to provide some variation for guests. There is a special entertainment programme for children, with a 'minidisco', children's films and a weekly children's party.
This attractive apartment complex is located approximately 300 m from the Xintxo Beach. Port Es Torrent is just 1.2 km away and it is approximately 5 km to San Antonio. Many different bars, restaurants and shops are to be found in the immediate vicinity and links to the public bus service lie directly in front of the complex.

The apartment complex is located directly beside the beach. There are no rooms adapted to the needs of disabled users. Pets are not permitted.
