Self-catering apartment Description
Built in 1970, completely refurbished and modernised in June 2004. External studios distributed in 6 floors. Piped music and air conditioning in the whole building. A roof top pool with a wide solarium with magnificent views. Decorated in warm colours and fine materials, we stand for our courtesy to all our clientele. We are the ideal hotel for holiday makers and business travellers.
106 apartments, all exterior, with balcony, air conditioning individually controlled. Of these there are 13 which are larger and spacious. They are all decorated in warm colours. Two separated beds of 100 x 200 cm or one double bed of 180 x 200 cm. On request, sofa-bed for the third and fourth person. Bathroom with bathtub and hair dryer. Fully equipped kitchen, with and electric hob, fridge, hot water, telephone, (TV and safe both with charge), piped music, doors with magnetic opening system. Cleaning is 6 days a week with towels changed on request and sheet changed once a week. Maximum capacity 3 adults or 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children, understanding that those are allocated in sofa-bed.
Capacity for 250 persons, wide and suggestive buffets. Available for the different meals.
Cafeteria with spacious bar and comfortable furniture, situated at the hall. Piano bar, with life music 7 days a week, air conditioning, creating a selected atmosphere every evening.
Games room, billiards and recreation area. Cyber-café (4 PC) which is good for Internet enthusiasts.
Located 300 metres from the new beach “playa jardín”, with black sand and all the services of a consolidated and quiet tourist area together with a large entertainment offer. Only 500 meters from the city centre, where most of the main shopping centres are.
24 hours qualified staff. Information about hotels services and the tourist area. Money exchange, rent a car, shows reservations,… Mail services, TV room. We have a small conference room, for maximum capacity of 100 persons.
Mini market with national and international press, food, drinks and souvenirs.
