Hotel Description
This city hotel is housed in a palatial building that dates back to the 16th century and that has been extensively restored with the different Mallorcan, English, French and Italian elements of its style taken into consideration. The palacio comprises 11 rooms spread over 3 floors of which 5 are double rooms and 6 are suites. A nostalgic foyer with a spacious reception area and 2 salons greets guests on their arrival. Facilities include a bar, an air-conditioned breakfast restaurant, Internet access and room and laundry services. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the parking facilities that may be used on payment of an additional fee.
The tastefully decorated rooms come equipped with a bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a hairdryer as well as a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, centrally regulated air conditioning, central heating, a minibar and a hire safe. Each of the suites additionally comes with combined bedroom/ lounge area and a separate bedroom.
The hotel has a Spanish inner courtyard with fountains as well as a roof terrace with sun loungers laid out ready for use and fabulous views out over Palma Cathedral. A feature of this hotel is the Roman swimming pool with counter current. Guests may pay a visit to the in-house gym with sauna (available for use free of charge) as well as a solarium and a massage service (additional fees apply).
This hotel is centrally located at the heart of Palma's old town, close to the cathedral and the historical city walls. Turn into the first street, the Plaza Santa Fe ACIRE, press the information bell and give the name of the hotel. Then follow the road, which turns into the Posada de Montserrat, San Alonso and Pureza. The complex is on the left hand side.
