This is a 3-storey, contemporary building, boasting modern architecture.
This serviced apartment-hotel opened in the summer of 2007, and several rooms are therefore in exceptional condition, as well as air-conditioned. All lodging units are tastefully decorated and furnished. The lodging unit lay-outs and design are modern and items have been harmoniously assembled. Leisure and business travellers alike will appreciate the sophisticated design and several standard amenities, including flat screen TV sets. The kitchen design is state-of-the -art and includes several standard units and features. The bathrooms are spacious and likewise in excellent condition.

The 'Bussy St-Georges' RER (regional express train) railway station is around 15 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Travellers may enjoy the comfort of a direct ride to Disneyland Resort - a mere couple of stops, and less than 7 minutes down the line - and likewise direct access to Paris's city centre, the Arc de Triomphe and the world-famous Champs Elysées within approximately half an hour.
