Self-catering apartment Description
Built in 1984 and renovated in 1998, this 4-floored hotel consists of 93 apartments. Guests are offered a 24-hour reception with a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk and a lift. The hotel's other facilities include a bar, a pub and a children's playground. Furthermore there is medical assistance on offer as well as car parking facilities and Internet access.
The congenial en suite rooms are equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette, a fridge, tiling and a safe.
To enable guests to relax, there is a freshwater pool, as well as sun loungers and parasols. Table tennis, pool/snooker, bocce and minigolf are also available. An entertainment programme is also organised for the guests.
This hotel lies at the heart of Palma Nova, just 50 m from the beach. Palma Nova is approximately 12 km from the airport and 10 km from Palma. The resort is situated on the coast of Calviá, one of the largest tourist areas in Spain. The resorts of Puerto de Portals and Santa Ponça are also on this part of the coastline and very close to this apartment hotel. Public transport departs from stops, which are only 125 m from the hotel whilst the nearest nightclub is 1 km away.
At lunchtime and in the evenings, guests may select dishes from an à la carte menu.
