Villa Description
Opened in the year 2000, the apartment complex features a small supermarket. Moreover, there is a playground for younger guests to let off steam in. For an additional fee, parking is also available for guests arriving by car.
Each of the apartments comes with a bathroom, a hairdryer, a TV, a washing machine and a terrace. Guests have the choice between apartments with 1 or 2 double rooms and a third room with bunk beds.
There is a swimming pool with a children's paddling area in the outdoor complex.
The apartments are located about 20 m from the local stone beach, around 1.5 km from the nearest sandy beach and 5 km from the historical centre.
Apartments Keys collect at Oficina alquileres Alcocebre located in Urbanización Cap y Corp at reception of the apartments.Tl:+34 964761090. Check in from 16 to 20h. In case of clients will arrive out off the indicated timetable, please contact with your travel agency minimal 3 days before in order to inform the apartments. Directly payment an extra suplement will be require for later times arrivals. No late arrival confirmation to apartment and travel agency can suppose not to get the keys. No pets allowed.Arrival cleaning. Towels and sheets are not included.Posibility to rent sheets (pay directly). Deposit obligatory.
