Hotel Description
This 107-room hotel complex consists of 2 colonial-style buildings surrounded by gardens. Fully air-conditioned, the lobby features a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and lift access. There is a café, bar and restaurant on site and Internet access is available in public areas (fees apply). Room service is also available to guests and bicycles may be hired at reception. Younger guests will appreciate the children's playground on the hotel grounds.
The spacious, en suite (bath/shower) rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, double bed, in-room safe and access to a balcony or terrace. All rooms are air-conditioned.
Guests will enjoy the saltwater swimming pool in the hotel garden. Sun loungers and parasols are provided and there is a poolside snack bar from which guests can purchase drinks and light meals. For an additional fee, guests may relax in the hot tub and sauna, or play a game of tennis or table tennis. Sporty types will appreciate the hotel gym and for those wishing to explore the surrounding countryside, mountain bike tours may be arranged.
This family-friendly complex is located in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz, next to the Plaza del Charco and just 200 metres from the volcanic sandy beach of Playa Jardin. Guests will find a wide range of shops and leisure opportunities nearby. Tenerife North Airport is 20 km from the accommodation and Tenerife South Airport is 100 km away.
There is a buffet restaurant and a poolside grill restaurant, where guests will be able to enjoy a different menu every day of the week.
