Self-catering apartment Description
Renovated in 2005, this air-conditioned hotel comprises a total of 134 rooms and 4 suites spread over 7 floors. Guests may access the hotel's wonderful gardens or relax on the terrace. Hotel facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange facility and a lift as well as a bar, a restaurant/ café (open for breakfast, lunch and the evening meal) and Internet access.
Each of the typically Mediterranean rooms comes with a full en suite bathroom, a terrace or balcony, a kitchen with a fridge, a hire safe and individually controllable air conditioning and heating. The maximum room occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child.
There is a large swimming pool with a children's paddling area, a poolside snack bar, pool tables and sun loungers and parasols that have been laid out ready for use in the outdoor complex. Guests are able to play table tennis and several golf courses are to be found in the local area (between 2 km and 20 km from the hotel). An array of additional activities such as minigolf, jet skiing, water skiing, diving, windsurfing, fishing, tennis, jogging, horse riding, boat trips and helicopter tours are on offer in the local area. Local attractions include Aqualand, Western Park, Puerto Portals and Marineland.
This apartment hotel is situated in Palmanova on the southwest coast of Mallorca. Affording a privileged beachside location, the hotel is just 50 m from the Mediterranean Sea and lies within 4 km of Puerto Portals many leisure offerings and the Paladium casino. It is also a stone's throw to Magalluf's many sports facilities and a selection of restaurants, bars and links to the public transport network can be reached on foot. Palma de Mallorca is 13 km away and it is 24 km to the international airport.
