The local sandy beach is 4 km away and town centre, where bars, shops and supermarkets can be found, is 4.5 km away. The nearest restaurant is just 2.5 km from the property. El Altet Airport at Alicante is around 110 km away and Manises Airport in Valencia is approximately 115 km from the villa.

Sport
The villa features a garden with a free-form swimming pool (roughly 8x4 m) and sun loungers. There are also sun loungers as well as parasols laid out ready for use on the local beach (charges apply) and the nearest golf course is 8 km away.
