Villa Description
The villas comprise their own garden and barbeque spot.
The fully air-conditioned villas comprise 1 bedroom with a double bed, 2 twin rooms and a combined dining room/living room. Additional facilities include a bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and fridge. Each villa also features a washing machine, satellite/cable TV and a large terrace.
The private swimming pool in the garden may also be used.
The villas lies in the urban settlement of Cap d'Artruix only 600 m from bars and restaurants The closest beach is to be found in the small town of Cala 'n Bosch 2 km away.
Leaving airport car park turn left and follow signs for Mahón (Maó). At roundabout at approximately 2 kms, go straight across, taking 2nd exit, signposted Ciutadella. Continue to next roundabout, go straight across, taking 2nd exit, signposted Ciutadella.The guests are now on the main road which runs between Mahón and Ciutadella. Continue along this road for a total of approximately 42 km. Before enter Ciutadella, reach a roundabout (the first of numerous roundabouts), turn left, taking the 3rd exit, following signs for Cap d'Artruix and then to Cala Blanca. Continue along this road until reach the roundabout, keeping right at the fork in the road at 500 m. At the roundabout take 1st exit. Follow the road round and at approximately 300 m, on the right will see Hotel Sagitario, and at 400 m on the left will see the Maribel reception (infront of the chemist). Please go to Reception to check -in.
Cleaning twice a week with change of towels (once on arrival and once during the week) and change of linen once a week. Pets are not allowed.
