Hotel Description
The hotel was built in 1964, renovated in 2001 and consists of two 7-storey buildings with a total of 288 rooms, of which 24 are singles and 109 are doubles. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception desk. In addition, the hotel contains lifts, a café, a bar and a TV room. In addition to this, the hotel offers an air-conditioned restaurant as well as a laundry service. There is also a car park for guests arriving by car. The hotel's kids club and playground ensures that children are kept entertained.
The comfortable rooms come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer. Additional facilities include a telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a minibar, a fridge and a safe. All the rooms include central heating as standard. All rooms fully redecorated during winter 2007/2008
The hotel has an indoor swimming pool, a pool with a poolside snack bar, sun loungers and parasols. The hotel also features a sauna. Sports enthusiasts may wish to play a game of tennis (3 courts), squash, badminton, bocce or minigolf (added fee), hire bikes, or take advantage of the in-house gym, aerobics programme or archery lessons. Furthermore, it is possible to play table tennis as well as volleyball. Moreover, there is a seasonal entertainment programme for adults and children.
Located directly next to Porto Colom bay, this hotel has a fantastic view over the bay and the sea. An abundance of shops as well as restaurants are just a stone's throw from the hotel. Cala Marsal bathing bay is located around 1 km away, with is light, fine sand this attractive bay is ideal for children. Public transport connections are within easy reach of the hotel, enabling easy access to other areas.
A fine buffet is on offer at breakfast and in the evenings.
